There are many important things in our lives and we must know to control them. One of these important things is time management and if we are not good in controlling this part of our lives, than we are on the wrong way. The day has 24 hours from which we sleep 7 or 8. You have probably herd before that we should sleep enough to have energy for the entire day – not less and not more. This is something to keep in mind of, as we loose a lot of time sleeping when we do not even need it. We should think about the things that we have to do in that certain day and not about what we have to do the entire year. This is a big mistake, as we do not know the future, we do not know what is going to happen the next week because there are many things that we can not control, such as natural disasters, new persons in our lives that we haven’t planned in knowing them and many other changes. Because of this, we have to very careful when we do a plan that helps us to manage time. Things often change so when we put on the list what we have to do, we must first accomplish the most important things in way not to lose them if anything changes and we can not control it.
If you have a job that includes receiving e-mails from clients, you probably know how annoying it is to open your inbox and find lots of e-mails, most of them not even useful but still, you have to open those mails and read them so you can tell if they are useful or not. So, in way to avoid annoying e-mails you would better make a special e-mail address only for your clients an this way you will only receive mails that really count.
Of course, it depends on what kind of email account the company provides their workers to use, but the best in saving time until know is Microsoft Outlook. It has address books, organizer books and many other tools that are more than useful when managing time.
